Enhance your reforestation efforts with our efficient Tree Planter:

  • Rental Rate: $50 per day.

  • Equipment Requirements: It requires a minimum 25-hp tractor with a 3-point hitch. The planter comes on its own trailer, which can be easily hauled with a pick-up.

  • Planting Capacity: Can plant from 500-800 trees per hour.

  • Planting Options: Best for bare-root conifers, with the ability to try with bare-root broadleaf trees and shrubs. Suitable for small seedlings with limited root branching.

Here are answers to some common questions:

  • Pick-Up/Drop-Off: The tree planter is located at our equipment manager's house on Gun Lake Rd, just west of Hastings. Pick-up and drop-off arrangements will be provided upon completing the rental agreement.

  • Tax Exemption: If you're tax-exempt, please fill out the Michigan Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption (Form 3372) and send it to us. We'll assist you with payment arrangements.

  • Rental Duration: Rentals are charged on a per-day basis. We encourage renters to pick up and return equipment on the same day to minimize liability issues.

  • Equipment Operation: For any operational queries, our knowledgeable staff is here to assist you. Feel free to reach out for guidance.
