Now accepting bids – due October 31st!

Barry Conservation District is now accepting bids for three habitat-related contracts featuring different types of habitat work to be completed over the next two years. The first request is for a total of 52.8 acres of invasive species control work; the second contract is for a total of 108.6 acres of prescribed burns; and the third contract (“Habitat Work Bid Package”) is for a total of 62.3 acres of native seedings, native shrub and tree bare root seedling planting, and mowing an 8 acre parcel throughout the growing season.
